Strength is power, but strength can also be aesthetic. Danimás’ pioneering Curvuscular™ workout program teaches you how to intentionally shape your physique on your own terms.

Women have never been taught that we can intentionally shape our bodies. We think we either have curves, or we don’t. We’re familiar with the concept of building muscle, but we haven’t yet correlated sculpting muscles to creating curves. The reality is that we can weight train our way to the body of our choosing—with joy. Curves and muscles do not live in isolation: together, they create what I call the Curvuscular™ silhouette.

I believe so much in this body type that I trademarked the word. Curvuscular™ blends the sculpture and softness of curves with the strength of muscle. It is intentional cultivation of physique. Muscle is built with purpose, health and physical capacity and developed alongside shape and proportion, chosen and shaped on your terms. Strength is functional, and strength is power, but strength can also be aesthetic.

There is no single Curvuscular™ body. There is a Curvuscular™ intention. Genetics, skeletal structure, age, training history and physiology influence how that intention appears on each person. This is your material. Build muscle strategically. Develop proportion intentionally. Become stronger. Cultivate your shape.

The aim: Build something that speaks before you do.

The Danimás Curvuscular™ Workout is a six-day training split that will reimagine your body. I believe this is the future of women’s strength and physique.

Build your foundation through strength that shapes the body: The Curvuscular™ Workout is here.

CURVUSCULAR™ 01: FUNDAMENTALS + FOCUS

This is a four-week Danimás foundation program for the intentional cultivation of physique through strength training, body alignment, prioritized core work, cardiovascular conditioning, mobility and recovery.

  • The shoulders + back build the shape: your upper-body structure, posture and visual taper.

  • The glutes + legs build the curve and base: projection, lateral shape and complete lower-body architecture.

  • The core builds the center: bracing, anti-extension, anti-rotation and force transfer.

  • Alignment brings clarity to the body before load.

  • Zone 2 gently builds the cardiovascular engine.

  • Recovery gives the training stimulus somewhere to become adaptation—the quiet finish that makes the shape hold.

We don't train muscles simply because they exist. We train them with intention toward the body we're cultivating.

CHOOSE YOUR INTENSITY

There are three levels to this workout, with tailored exercises for each level of experience.

The foundation level offers greater stability, simpler execution and an opportunity to learn or return to the movement. The build section is intermediate level, and the standard Curvuscular™ 01 option for someone comfortable with resistance training. The power level is a progression for experienced lifters who already possess the technique and strength required for greater loading or complexity.

Pushing harder is not better here; executing the moves properly is what gets results.

HOW TO MEASURE YOUR PROGRESS

For most working sets, choose a resistance that leaves approximately 2–3 good reps in reserve. Own the movement before you increase the load.

  • Week 1. LEARN: 2 working sets. Establish technique and appropriate resistance.

  • Week 2. ADD: 2–3 working sets. Add repetitions while maintaining 2–3 reps in reserve.

  • Week 3. PROGRESS: 3 sets on primary movements; 2–3 reps on accessories. Increase load when you own the top of the rep range.

  • Week 4. OWN IT: improve load, repetitions, range, control and execution. Do not add volume simply for the sake of doing more.

REST BETWEEN SETS

  • Large compound movements: approximately 90 secs–2 mins

  • Smaller accessory movements: approximately 45–90 secs

  • Take enough time to perform the next set well. Strength work does not need to masquerade as cardio.

Each training sequence intentionally flows from alignment to connection and strengthening.

  • Align: this prepares the positions and movement patterns we are about to load.

  • Connect: this prioritizes the abdominals and core before strength work, establishing bracing and control without exhausting them.

  • Strength: this progressively loads the muscles that we are intentionally developing.

HOW TO ORGANIZE YOUR WORKOUTS INTO 3 STRENGTH DAYS

Do not squeeze four strength workouts into three days. Instead, program the four workouts sequentially and continue this flow, as below.

• Week 1: Lower A / Upper A / Lower B

• Week 2: Upper B / Lower A / Upper A

• Week 3: Lower B / Upper B / Lower A

The calendar isn't grading you, it’s consistency that does the work.

WHAT PROGRESSION LOOKS LIKE

• More control

• Better usable range of motion

• More repetitions with the same resistance

• Slightly greater resistance

• Better muscular connection

• Greater stability

• Improved confidence under load

THE 9 CURVUSCULAR™ PRINCIPLES

  1. Strength is the mechanism. Progressive resistance creates the stimulus for muscular development.

  2. Shape is intentional. We choose what we train with an understanding of the physique we're cultivating.

  3. Align before you load. Prepare the body to express strength well.

  4. Prioritize the center. Train the abdominals and core before strength work without exhausting them.

  5. Build the engine. Cardiovascular fitness belongs beside muscular fitness.

  6. Lengthen with purpose. Maintain movement options that support the architecture.

  7. Recovery is training. Adaptation happens between sessions, not only during them.

  8. Style is the proof. The moment your work becomes visible from the outside isn't an accident. It's the point.

  9. Your body is the material, and you are the architect. The goal is deliberate development, chosen and visible — not reproduction of someone else's body.

Build muscle strategically. Develop proportion intentionally. Become stronger. Cultivate your shape—until it shows.
