As a startup in high-growth mode, we’re seeking a curious and bold Assistant Designer to support the Design Team from initial Design Concept through to final production, developing customer-focused Apparel, Accessories, and Intimates product lines with an emphasis on best-in-class fit, premium fabrics, and luxury finishes.
This role reports into the Head of Design, working closely with the Accessories Design Consultant — connecting product across multiple categories to enable a comprehensive and synergistic collection. You’ll own sketching, CAD, AI, and support Design in all aspects of daily development including document creation, meeting setup, product hand-offs, fittings and more.Key Responsibilities:
· Execute flat sketches and CADs via Adobe Illustrator and adapt designs based on feedback.
· Utilize Miro and various AI platforms for design and presentation purposes.
· Support all document creation and maintenance for Design, creating compelling and clear layouts to gain buy-in and consensus.
· Create detailed tech packs including technical sketches, maintain line sheets, and update BOMs to ensure accuracy.
· Assist in selection and sourcing of materials and trims.
· Manage follow up throughout the design process.
· Organize and prepare samples for pass offs, attend development fittings, take detailed notes, and help to track changes.
· Support the Design team to ensure all deliverables are met on time and within budget, collaborating with key partners to deliver flawless results.
· Ask questions and solicit feedback to understand functional needs, anticipate issues, and problem solve proactively.
· Identify opportunities to facilitate workflow and gain speed; leverage new and emerging technologies to enhance the Design Process.
· Conduct ongoing competitor research and trend analysis to identify new silhouettes, materials, techniques, color stories, graphics, and prints.
· Present to Head of Design, Accessories Design Consultant, and key stakeholders where applicable.
Qualifications & Required Skills:
· 1-3 years Apparel Design experience required.
· Strong proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and passion for AI required.
· Luxury and/or Premium Active Womenswear experience strongly preferred.
· Excellent communication and organization skills with the ability to manage multiple timelines and work in a fast-paced environment.
· CLO/3D experience preferred.
· PLM knowledge preferred.
· Experience creating tech packs and working with overseas vendors a plus.
· Working knowledge of Adobe Suite, Microsoft Suite, and Miro.
· Strong growth mindset, attention to detail, and full dedication to consistent product execution.
· Confident communicator who can translate direction into action with ease; thrives in a fast-paced environment.
· Deep Apparel and Accessories trend fluency and interest in current sports and cultural trends.
Location: New York, NY (hybrid), with travel 1–2x/month as needed
Reports To: Head of Design; collaborating closely with Accessories Design Consultant
Salary Range: $40,000-$50,000

Role Overview:
As a startup in high-growth mode, we’re seeking an entrepreneurial and strategic Director of Integrated Marketing to architect and execute breakthrough brand and marketing strategies that bring Danimás to life across every channel.
This role dual reports into the Co-CEO and Fractional Chief Marketing Officer and sits at the heart of brand creation — connecting storytelling, product, and culture into one cohesive narrative. You’ll lead brand campaigns, PR and corporate communications, and cross-channel marketing initiatives while managing a network of world-class creative, PR, and digital partners.
This is a builder’s role for a marketing leader who can think like a brand architect, act like a creative director, and move like an entrepreneur.
Key Responsibilities:
Brand & Strategy
- Translate the Athlete of Life philosophy into integrated marketing strategies that drive awareness, community, and cultural relevance.
- Build seasonal and campaign calendars across product launches, editorial storytelling, partnerships, and entertainment moments.
- Define and protect the Danimás brand voice and visual identity across all touchpoints.
Campaign Development & Execution
- Lead development and execution of brand campaigns spanning digital, editorial, experiential, PR, and partnerships.
- Connect storytelling with commercial objectives, ensuring every campaign drives both brand heat and business results.
- Partner cross-functionally with Product, Content, Retail, and E-commerce to unify message, timing, and impact.
PR & Corporate Communications
- Oversee brand and corporate communications strategy to elevate Danimás as a cultural voice.
- Shape executive and brand narratives across press, investor communications, and thought leadership.
- Manage and inspire PR agencies to deliver consistent messaging, visibility, and global reach.
Agency Leadership
- Lead and align Danimás’ external creative, PR, and digital agencies to world-class standards.
- Drive briefing, creative development, and executional excellence with measurable outcomes.
- Ensure all partners are executing to brand vision, creative integrity, and commercial impact.
E-Commerce & Digital Marketing
- Partner with the Digital/E-commerce team on growth, acquisition, and retention strategies.
- Leverage platforms like Shopify, Klaviyo, and other marketing technologies to deliver best-in-class customer journeys.
- Ensure alignment between brand storytelling and digital performance marketing.
Performance & Insights
- Define KPIs across brand, digital, PR, and experiential channels.
- Measure effectiveness and translate insights into actionable strategy.
- Use cultural intelligence and consumer data to stay ahead of trends and behaviors.
Required Skills:
Integrated Brand Leadership
- Proven ability to build and execute integrated campaigns that connect brand, product, and culture across multiple channels.
- Deep understanding of the luxury, fashion, and lifestyle landscape, with a pulse on cultural trends and audience behavior.
- Skilled at translating brand philosophy (Athlete of Life) into differentiated creative and storytelling that drive awareness, engagement, and conversion.
Strategic & Analytical Acumen
- Strength in both right- and left-brain marketing: creative storytelling balanced by data fluency and performance insight.
- Experience defining and tracking KPIs across brand, digital, PR, and experiential, optimizing in real time.
- Strong grasp of full-funnel marketing and paid/earned/owned media integration.
Channel Integration & Media Fluency
- Hands-on experience orchestrating campaigns across digital, editorial, influencer, experiential, and PR channels.
- Understanding of omnichannel consumer journeys and how to maintain brand integrity across each touchpoint.
- Familiarity with platforms such as Shopify, Klaviyo, Google Analytics, and influencer or social ad tools.
Creative & Agency Management
- Ability to brief, inspire, and manage external creative, PR, and media partners to deliver exceptional work.
- Skilled in developing campaign toolkits, content calendars, and creative assets that unify tone, message, and design.
- Exceptional storytelling instincts, with a sharp eye for tone, image, and emotion.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Strong partnership mindset: works seamlessly across Product, E-commerce, Editorial, and Design to connect storytelling with commercial goals.
- Experience aligning marketing timelines with product drops, content launches, and cultural moments.
- Confident communicator who can translate between creative, operational, and financial teams.
Qualifications:
- 8-10 years of progressive experience in integrated marketing, brand strategy, or communications — ideally across luxury fashion, entertainment, or lifestyle sectors.
- Proven success leading multi-channel brand campaigns that drive both cultural resonance and measurable business impact.
- Demonstrated ability to connect storytelling with performance, using insight and creativity to shape integrated strategies that convert awareness into growth.
- Experienced in leading and inspiring external partners — including creative, PR, and digital agencies — with a record of elevating creative output and results.
- Hands-on familiarity with modern marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Shopify, Klaviyo, Google Analytics, social and influencer ecosystems).
- Deep cultural fluency and understanding of women’s lifestyle and ambition at the intersection of sport, fashion, and entertainment.
- Strong communication and leadership presence — able to partner directly with founders and senior executives, translating vision into actionable marketing strategy.
- Entrepreneurial and adaptable — thrives in a high-growth environment where strategy, creativity, and execution move in sync.
Location: New York, NY (hybrid/remote), with travel 1–2x/month as needed

Salary Range: $150,000 – $160,000
