ownership of strategy, execution, optimization, and results.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Social Strategy & Channel Leadership

    • Develop channel-specific growth strategies that align with brand and business objectives
    • Shape how the Danimás brand voice, philosophy, and visual identity come to life across social platforms in partnership with the creative team.
    • Ensure all content reflects an elevated, editorial, and culturally relevant point of view
    • Identify opportunities for audience growth, engagement, and community development
    • Stay ahead of platform trends, cultural shifts, and emerging opportunities within fashion, wellness, luxury, and fitness

Content Planning, Campaign Integration & Collaboration

    • Own and manage the master social content calendar across campaigns, editorial, product launches, and brand moments
    • Translate brand and campaign direction into actionable social strategies and content plans
    • Partner cross-functionally with brand, editorial, e-commerce, PR, product, and creativeteams to ensure alignment across:
    • Campaign messaging and rollout: product storytelling, editorial content, key launches and seasonal moments
    • Collaborate with
external partners, creators, agencies, and production teams to ensure seamless execution
    • Work closely with the Director of Integrated Marketing and CMO to ensure social is fully integrated into broader marketing and brand strategy
    • Ensure all social storytelling ladders back to larger brand, editorial, and commercial objectives

    Community, Creator & Audience Development

    • Build and nurture a highly engaged and loyal audience
    • Identify culturally relevant conversations, creators, and partnership opportunities that align with the Danimás brand
    • Support creator and influencer partnerships across campaigns and launches
    • Develop strategies that deepen audience connection and strengthen brand affinity

    Performance, Reporting & Optimization

    • Own social performance reporting across engagement, audience growth, traffic, and conversion metrics
    • Translate analytics and platform insights into strategic recommendations and optimization plans
    • Partner with paid media teams to align organic and paid social strategies
    • Test and optimize content formats, messaging, cadence, and timing to improve performance
    • Support audience growth through social-to-email conversion strategies and broader customer journey initiatives

    • Help establish processes, systems, and best practices that support efficient execution and long term growth

    • Bring structure, organization, accountability, and clear communication across all social initiatives

    Required Skills

    • Strong creative judgment and elevated taste level
    • A strategic thinker who understands social as both a brand-building and performance-driving channel
    • Someone who understands content as a system, not just output
    • Deep understanding of culture, storytelling, and audience behavior
    • Ability to balance long-term brand equity with short-term performance goals
    • Collaborative leader comfortable influencing across multiple teams and stakeholders
    • A self-starter who brings clarity, accountability, organization, and strategic thinking to execution
